This Shipping Policy explains how TUUTH STUDIO LLC ("TUUTH," "we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders placed on tuuth.co. Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed by hand. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships, in addition to the transit time below. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (such as new product launches or promotional sales), processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Time and Rates

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated transit time after your order ships:

●       Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

●       Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Exact carriers and delivery estimates may vary by destination.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tuuth.co.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands, including delays due to weather, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@tuuth.co — we'll do our best to correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in process.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. We're evaluating international shipping for the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know if that changes.
