How to Request a Refund, or Replacement

Email support@tuuth.co or use our Contact page (select "Returns & Refunds") with your order number and reason. We'll follow up within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we will process your refund or replacement directly.

What's Refunded

Product cost only. Shipping is non-refundable.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel before shipping? Email support@tuuth.co and we'll attempt to cancel and refund in full. Once fulfillment has started, standard refund terms apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof — we'll make it right.
